Noe Moreno

Noe Moreno is a bilingual English-Spanish speaker with over 20 years of litigation experience in Texas. He attended and earned his B.A. degrees in both Psychology and Political Science from the University of Houston in 1996 and then attended and graduated the University of Houston Law Center in December 1998. He then began his career representing injured clients and was a committed personal injury litigator dealing with various Worker’s Compensation and Longshoremen matters. In 2001, he then shifted his attention to plaintiff personal injury litigation, taking several cases successfully to jury verdict.  In 2009, he joined the Allstate insurance in house firm as a trial attorney working on the other side of the bar representing people sued in personal injury and automobile accident cases.

During his two decades of practice, Noe Moreno has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various personal injury cases including car crashes, auto-pedestrian, 18-wheeler wrecks, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases.  Ever the underdog, he was often acting as the sole trial counsel while at trial. He has zealously represented all of his clients, whether plaintiff or defendant, while opposing some of the best personal injury lawyers in Houston and in surrounding areas. Noe Moreno has successfully tried over 100 civil personal injury jury trials to verdict and counting.
